A year ago I was almost 27 stone, depressed and fed up. I then decided to make a change and put all my efforts into getting fit and losing weight. Having achieved 8 stone weight loss, I’ve found my passion is fitness. I then decided to invest in myself, become a fully qualified PT and am now excited to help other people change their life like I have mine.
